We understand that our vehicles are unique. Because of this, we want to offer customers an industry first money back guarantee on all of our machines. You will have 1 week from the date of delivery to evaluate the machine and see if the vehicle is everything you expected. If you’re not satisfied, call us to have it picked up by our shipping agents and returned to our shop for a full refund.

We use a specialty delivery service to deliver your vehicle to you by a certified agent. They will perform an onsite delivery inspection checklist and will connect you with your Christini service agent who will answer any technical questions you may have. This service is a $650 flat fee anywhere in the continental USA.

CHRISTINI EV, INC. is building a limited number of CHRISTINI E-ATV’s, HYBRID ATV’s and Hybrid Big Wheel Motos. To place your name on the build list, we require a $5000 refundable deposit. Your deposit will place your name on the order list for one of our machines and you will be notified of your build number in the order deposits are received. Once full production of these new vehicles starts, you will be notified and have the option to proceed to cancel your order and have your refund returned. If you do wish to receive your vehicle, your deposit will no longer be refundable.  Consumer E-ATV’s and E-Motos are expected to start shipping late 2023.

All of our customers will be assigned a CHRISTINI inside technical advisor to assist with basic service questions. Our vehicles can most often be serviced by a knowledgeable shop that has experience with offroad vehicles. Your assigned technician will guide you with basic service and/or direct you to a local shop that will assist in with your service needs. In the case of maintenance issues that cannot be service by a local service center, CHRISTINI will either send a field rep or have the vehicle picked up for maintenance.
